Procurement Excellence Specialist
Who oversees medium to large-scale projects with a sizable team, focusing on project vision, planning, and efficient execution of strategic procurement. Responsible for project documentation, implementation, reporting, and successful project delivery within set parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to complex projects aligning with the strategic project roadmap
- Identify business opportunities and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Managers
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources effectively to meet objectives
- Present information for decision-making, produce precise project documentation
- Optimize team performance through appropriate people, processes, and tools
- Engage stakeholders, build effective project teams, and foster relationships across departments
- Design, implement, and enhance processes, establish Standard Operating Procedures
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs translate to solutions
- Coach stakeholders in change management and support continuous learning within procurement teams
Your Team:
Reporting to the Procurement Excellence Manager, you will collaborate with an international team including 5 Procurement Managers, 27 Supplier Managers, and 15 Supplier Specialists. You will work closely with various departments such as Category Management, Supply Chain Management, and Finance.

Who are we looking for?
- Result-focused individual
- Team player with strong stakeholder and change management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in an international organization, preferably in procurement or supply chain
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Proficiency in English, Dutch language skills are advantageous
