ï Ben jij de HR Support Medewerker die we zoeken? ï Jij bent de steunpilaar van ons HR-team, een echte duizendpoot die zowel operationele HR taken op zich neemt als de rol van aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Lees dan verder Als HR Support Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren van operationele HR werkzaamheden; - Het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over procedures, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-regelingen; - Het monitoren van interne processen en informeren van medewerkers over de voortgang; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en stagnaties en deze bespreken met leidinggevende; - Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, opzet, uitwerking en implementatie van HR-projecten, processen en systemen; - Het genereren en bewerken van rapportages over HR-administratie; - Het verzorgen van communicatie over (gewijzigde) personeelsregelingen, personeelsvraagstukken, personeelswijzigingen, etc; - Het opstellen van brieven en memo's (Canva); - Het ondersteunen van de HRBP's on site; - Het geven van toolboxen en begeleiden van trainingsprogramma's; - Het coördineren van exit enquêtes.

Wij vragen: Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je bent vaardig met geautomatiseerde informatiesystemen en MS Office (Excel);
- Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden voor het onderhouden van contacten;
- Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.
