How do you translate Schiphol's ambitions and goals into tangible projects? How do you convert Schiphol's value into verifiable requirements in the design? You will utilize your skills as a Value and Stakeholder Manager (Systems Engineer) to achieve the following objectives:
- You deeply understand user needs and their operational processes, translating them into functional requirements that align with the existing airport while fostering innovation to elevate the airport's standards.
- You are the bridge that brings together multidisciplinary technical specialists and a wide range of airport users.
- You ensure that user requirements are clear not only at the beginning but also throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring the actual value is delivered.
- You oversee that we build not just correctly, but also that we build the right things in projects.
In this role, you collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, acting as the link between business and projects. Together, you contribute to shaping Schiphol's future as the Most Sustainable Airport.

- You receive a competitive salary ranging from €4,743 to €6,581 based on 36 hours per week (scale 12).
- An 8.33% fixed bonus at the end of the year.
- A compensation of €3.00 net per day for remote work.
- 180 hours of vacation leave.
