JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise organized and stocked
- Assist in cleaning the store and stockroom
- Maintain inventory on the selling floor and stockroom
- Assist in stock, shipping, and receiving tasks
- Ensure accuracy of received items
- Replenish stock when needed
- Handle defective items and overstock returns
- Follow safety procedures in the stockroom
- Report issues to managers
- Participate in inventories
- Prevent theft and maintain inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers and sales associates
- Retrieve items from stockroom
