Senior Operational & Process Improvement Specialist

This is a Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Job Role

Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Operational & Process Improvement Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements in their operational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of process improvements with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Governance & Service Management:

  • Implement standardized processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Improve visibility and collaboration among Fintech Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Ensure requests align with company priorities and gather necessary review documents.
  • Support planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Enhance stakeholder visibility and centralized communication.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a central contact for Fintech Legal and Finance.
  • Centralize and coordinate Fintech product initiatives.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and handle escalations.

Initiatives Tracking & Reporting:

  • Prepare and facilitate business reviews, track follow-ups, and ensure action delivery.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on initiative progress.

Performance Management:

  • Measure, report, and analyze performance against KPIs, and automate reporting where possible.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication with crisp, business-oriented language; ability to tailor language to a variety of audiences.
  • Service excellence and customer-driven mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presentation delivery.
  • Background in business operations, project management, program management, and/or B2B client management, or relevant experience within the Fintech landscape.
  • Fluent in persuasion and consistently strives to achieve and surpass set objectives.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders such as product, legal, finance, tech, and others.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting the progress of key initiatives with stakeholders and organizational leadership.
