- Functie voor 32, 36 of 40 uur per week, in overleg
De ideale kandidaat voor deze rol heeft ervaring in monteursplanning, wat een grote pré is. Affiniteit met techniek zorgt ervoor dat je makkelijk kunt schakelen met de technische teams. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Exact Globe, waardoor je snel en efficiënt kunt werken binnen het systeem. Geen ervaring mee? Geen probleem
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden zijn essentieel, omdat je moeiteloos moet kunnen coördineren en communiceren met zowel klanten als collega's. Een excellente klantfocus is een must; je streeft altijd naar de beste service en klanttevredenheid. Nauwkeurigheid en precisie zijn jouw tweede natuur, omdat je begrijpt hoe belangrijk details zijn in het werk.- MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office(Outlook, Word en Excel).
Als Planner/Customer Service Medewerker bij onze opdrachtgever ben jij de spil in de planning van de monteurs in de buitendienst. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het efficiënt inplannen van een team van circa 7 monteurs, het coördineren van afspraken met monteurs, klanten en accountmanagers, en het plannen van routes.
Je verwerkt nauwkeurig servicerapporten, registreert en volgt storingen op, en verkoopt en beheert onderhoudscontracten. Daarnaast onderzoek je garantieclaims samen met de monteurs en onderhoud je proactief contact met klanten. Ook ondersteun je het team met diverse administratieve taken. waar ga je werkenOnze opdrachtgever in Drunen is een groot begrip in de verpakkingsindustrie.
