Job Title: Hub Associate

As a Hub Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hub. You will oversee package management, provide support to our riders, and contribute to making our logistics operations more environmentally friendly. This position involves assisting on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hub operations on Saturdays
  • Organize and label packages accurately
  • Perform quality checks on orders
  • Maintain hub cleanliness
  • Complete shipping documentation
  • Assist riders with bike-related tasks and emergencies

Requirements:

  • Availability on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
  • MBO or High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Basic Excel skills
