Your Mission

We are in search of a skilled Inbound Supply Chain Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the inbound flow of materials, goods, and products to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency. This is an opportunity to apply your supply chain expertise and contribute to our organization's success.

Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Organize inbound transportation activities, manage shipments, select carriers, and optimize routes for cost and time efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with quality control teams to guarantee inbound materials meet set standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address risks related to inbound supply chain operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and boost overall supply chain performance.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation for inbound shipments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in inbound supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, data analysis, and supply chain management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problems-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
