Our Global E-business team aims to enhance customer service by improving our 'Route to Consumer', gaining deep insights into customer needs, and fostering collaboration across different functions.

We utilize an omnichannel strategy to engage with customers through various touchpoints such as distributors, sales representatives, telesales, and customer care, to provide efficient and effective service.

What will you do as a Principal Product Owner?


As a pivotal figure in shaping our digital data vision, your role will involve overseeing all aspects related to driving data-oriented growth for Global E-business.

Emphasizing customer-centricity, you will lead efforts to enhance value across multiple product lines and customer interactions.

You will strategize the long-term development of digital products to enhance the performance of the product, engineering, analytics, and commerce teams.

This will entail close collaboration with finance, engineering, business units, product teams, and global commerce.

The success of your work will be measured by the value delivered across the entire eBusiness organization and the possibility of revenue-generating products within your domain.

Furthermore, you will influence the overall direction of the global product team's value assessment and reporting & analytics strategies.

Your roles & responsibilities:

  • Define the vision for comprehensive eCommerce capabilities covering value measurement, product reporting, and data management
  • Establish the product strategy, requirements, and use cases for data & analytics capabilities in eCommerce by analyzing customer use-cases in collaboration with the Global Analytics team
  • Stay updated on the latest eCommerce, data, and analytics trends through market & customer research
  • Prioritize and oversee the development roadmap for Heineken's data platforms and analytical services/tools by collaborating with engineering and analyst teams
  • Implement data governance policies and operational processes to ensure data accuracy, quality, reliability, and accessibility
  • Enforce data quality standards, monitoring services, and auditing processes to maintain operational compliance and address legal requests in a federated environment

What we're looking for:


We are seeking a driven professional with a solid background in product management, data & analytics, and a proven track record of introducing revenue-generating data products to the market.

An enthusiast of data who can offer profound insights.

Additionally, we expect the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field [CS, Engineering, etc.]; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience; ideally, 7+ years in product ownership
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools like SQL or Python
  • Expertise in large-scale data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, value measurement, and analytics tracking
  • Ability to think in terms of customer outcomes, end user experience, and the corresponding technology stack to drive those outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at various levels
  • Proven experience in launching revenue-generating products to the market
  • Capability to align customer needs with data requirements while focusing on business value
