Your mission:

Our small, yet super friendly Accounts Payable team is hiring for an Accounts Payable Administrator on a 6-month FTC.


The AP Administrator is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of EU invoices in SAP.

Epson recognises the importance of flexibility in a modern lifestyle, so this role comes with three days WFH.

What you will do:

  • Timely and accurately processing of vendor invoices via Einvoicing in compliance to VAT regulations and company's trading policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the assigned departments and act as main point of contact for all its related queries from vendors (external) and PO creators (internal)
  • Responsible in investigating discrepancies for the assigned departments
  • Prepares manual payments and payment batches on a biweekly basis
  • Responsible in maintaining general vendor master data
  • Acts as main contact for vendors regarding overdue invoices
  • Assists in the GRIR (Purchase order/Vendor invoices) reconciliation process
  • Assists in OCR verification process and scanning the few hard copy invoices received
  • Assists in checking and processing of expenses through Concur travel tool
  • Assists in monthly closing process
  • Performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures
  • Work in a team and build relationships with colleagues

What we ask for:

  • MBO level
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative / financial experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experiences with SAP and Einvoicing are preferable
