We are looking for IT Support Engineers at Eshgro

Eshgro is searching for proactive, communicatively skilled, and eager IT support engineers. In a fun and friendly team, you will have the freedom to develop yourself and expand your knowledge. We are seeking both experienced and less experienced engineers. If you don't have much experience yet, make sure to apply Eshgro offers you the opportunity to grow into a professional.

Job Description

As a Support Engineer at Eshgro, you will join a Skilled Service desk that faces daily challenges with customers who have been served for years and know the quality of the service desk. You have the chance to be part of this team. You will be part of a close-knit team of professionals where you can share knowledge and further develop yourself. Your daily tasks will include registering and analyzing incoming ICT issues, and solving those issues. This is what Eshgro expects from you, so the technical challenges are significant. Within one of the customer teams, you will ensure clear customer communication and resolve customer inquiries.
