Aan de noordzijde van Maastricht is het Financial Shared Service Center gevestigd van DHL. Binnen dit Center werken bijna 570 professionals van diverse achtergronden in functies met een financieel karakter. De afdeling DHL eCommerce Financial Accounting bestaat uit ruim 44 collega's en zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van vier entiteiten binnen DHL eCommerce Benelux. Naast administratieve werkzaamheden werkt dit team aan innovatieve oplossingen op het gebied van automatisering en procesverbetering. De afdeling bestaat uit 3 subteams: Accounts Payable, General Ledger - Treasury - Intercompany en RPA.

Kom jij het team versterken als Treasury Backoffice specialist?

**How will you contribute to the success of DHL?**: Als Treasury Backoffice Specialist zorg je ervoor dat de externe / interne bank
- en balansrekeningen up-to-date en gereconcilieerd zijn. Je zorgt voor een tijdige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte verwerking van Treasury gerelateerde posten.

Belangrijkste taken:

- Verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte verwerking van bankontvangsten & bankafschrijvingen;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de allocatie van de banktransacties;
- Het ondersteunen van de werkzaamheden op het gebied van interne controles en audits;
- Ondersteuning van de handmatige betalingsactiviteiten
- Bijdrage leveren aan maandeinde activiteiten in overeenstemming met de verstrekte richtlijnen;
- Ondersteuning bij bankadministratie, balansafstemmingen, diverse projecten en kwaliteitsverbetering.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Je hebt een MBO+ / HBO opleiding afgerond in de richting Finance, Accounting of gelijkwaardig;
- Je hebt 2-3 jaar werkervaring;
- Je hebt administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in een soortgelijke functie in een financiële omgeving;
- Je hebt ervaring in het werken met Oracle (pre) of SAP;
- Je bent analytisch en ziet het oplossen van problemen als een uitdaging;
- Je bent in staat goed mondeling en schriftelijk te communiceren in het Engels. De voertaal is Nederlands;
- PC-vaardigheden: goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder MS Excel.
