who are you

As a DEFOA sales order manager at Philips Healthcare you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Completed MBO level 4 (business administration is a pre)
  • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in operations planning
  • Knowledge of supply chain and sales order process
  • Knowledge of planning or ERP systems (SAP is a pre)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or English
what will you do

In your role as a DEFOA sales order manager at Philips Healthcare, you are in charge of all quick sales order handling for the MR factory in Best. You are the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Key Markets worldwide regarding the execution of the DEFOA process for the MR factory.

  • You are responsible for executing initial contact with the KM/CDT regarding DEFOA requests.
  • Maintaining communication regarding the sales order and the progress.
  • Identify stagnation and delays such as missing items, delays in material flow, clerical issues and solve them.
