We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. They should also have experience in customer service and be able to communicate effectively with customers.

The Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing technical support
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to management
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of customer service policies
  • Maintaining customer records and tracking customer interactions

The successful candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service software and databases
