Business Automation Analyst

For our HQ in Europe, Rotterdam The Netherlands we are currently seeking for a highly motivated Business Automation Analyst. The core activity of the Process Automation Analyst leans towards automating (creating, maintaining, and adjusting scripts) in Braskem E/A Customer Service workflows. Being an important piece on improving the overall efficiency of the team by designing and executing automations (in house).

The Process Automation Analyst will collaborate in the development of the digital transformation strategy for the polymers back-office processes and operations. The new analyst will also help identifying opportunities to implement automation or data-driven projects that will result in cost savings or financial captures in the teams.

This professional will focus on improving the flow of (i) sales order entry, management, and recording; (ii) align interface, connections and functioning of customers facing portals for European and Asian customers, plus (iii) do business reporting (performance analysis and KPIs development of the Customer Service department). Process and automation driven, the Automation Analyst will add value by allocating the knowledge on simplifying processes, increasing accuracy, and improving the overall Braskem Polyolefins customers experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Support on development of the data strategy and continuous improvement of the data architecture of the Customer Service team processes in Braskem E/A; Analysis of the operations workflows, seeking optimization through automation; Implementation and control of the robots/RPAs (or similar) that are running different scripts for the business; Interface with IT on the management of systems and global data governance changes, software updates and possible impacts in the team; Testing, deploying and guiding change management of the executed automation scripts; Analyze and report the performance of the automations; Represent the CSR team in agendas related to continuous improvement, digitalization and innovation, bringing updates about trends within Braskem (worldwide) and outside of the company;

Microsoft Excel;
Salesforce will be considered an advantage;

Technical / Management Knowledge:

-Completed higher vocational education or relevant professional training at comparable level;
-Experience on programming and automation of processes and workflows, knowledge of business OTC (Order-to-Cash) is an advantage;
-Solid understanding of data architecture and governance;
-Ability to establish connections between process, systems and automation strategies;
-Fluent in English;
-Strong organizational and communication skills;
-Solution and collaboration driven.
