In this role, you are responsible for running, managing, improving, and influencing the S&OP process for our Innovation launches and Promotional activities, to ensure the best possible demand forecast for timely and optimal availability of Rituals products in all lines of businesses and countries.

As S&OP Sr Commercial planner you are end to end process owner of the commercial planning processes and constantly looking for ways how we can improve by working closely together with different stakeholders within Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain. You are the commercial link to the business teams (Retail, Ecom, Wholesale and Travel) as well the supply planning and execution teams. As S&OP Sr Commercial planner you will support the other Commercial planners by validating the final forecast and highlighting focus areas and related actions.

This matches you as Sr. Commercial planner. For 40 hours per week, you:

You will support the monthly S&OP process, Promotion and Innovation planning cycle, meaning: You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers, keep track on deadlines and validate inputs from our business departments. You serve as Strategic Business Partner towards the business teams: you influence business leaders and challenge business decisions with strategic analyses. You coordinate the introduction and promo calendar within the Commercial planning team. You will calculate annual, monthly and weekly launch volumes for all lines of business, countries and key-accounts based on assumptions from the Innovation department and latest business insights. You are in charge to make sure forecast accuracy results, category trends and business inputs are translated to required forecast actions and are reflected in the demand planning tool Logility. You are owner of launch FC validation and accuracy review meetings with stakeholders from all lines for business (Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Travel and B2B). Contributes to Demand review, Weekly Category Table and S&OP meetings, including preparation, data validation, S&OP reporting, documenting & follow up of action items.

A bachelor's degree in Business economics, Business administration or Supply chain and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in supply, demand or S&OP planning Experience in a Retail / FMCG environment Strong analytical, planning & organising skills Strong personality, excellent management, business partnering & communication skills Creative attitude, open to new opportunities and not afraid of change Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
