About the School
The Carolus Borromeus College is a school offering education at various levels and has a total of 1450 students. Education is key at Carolus as we structure our teaching around subjects. Responsibilities
As a math teacher, you will be teaching students from the mavo and/or havo department. You will collaborate closely with the math department (consisting of 10 members) who are constantly seeking innovation and improvement in education.

Requirements
Within the OMO School Group Helmond, every staff member contributes to the (pedagogical) environment within the school and thus to the positive development of our students and colleagues. Additionally, we expect the following:

• Possession of a second-degree teaching qualification,

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively,

• Strong pedagogical skills, capable of building good relationships with students,

• Proficiency in using (partially) digital teaching methods,

• Ability to address differences among students through content and pace differentiation,

• Passionate, enthusiastic about their subject, and focused on teamwork within the department.

The entrepreneurial focus in mavo, the learning approach in havo, and the Carolus Academy in gymnasium are examples of these advancements in different departments. Through these educational developments, we aim to enhance student ownership, incorporate 21st-century skills, and provide tailored education.

The Carolus Borromeus College, along with Dr. Knippenberg College, Praktijkschool Helmond, and Vakcollege, forms the OMO School Group Helmond, overseen by the Association of Our Secondary Education.
