- Voor onze afdeling Sales zijn wij vanaf septemner 2024 op zoek naar een stagiair(e)s om onze National Accountmanagers Retail en Out-of-Home voor een periode van mínimaal vijf, bij voorkeur zes maanden te ondersteunen op diverse werkgebieden. Het vakgebied van Sales beslaat de vertaling van de merkstrategie naar de klant, introductie van nieuwe producten, initiëren en begeleiden van promoties en activatieplannen in samenwerking met Trade Marketing._
Omschrijving
Als commerciële stagiair(e) ben je werkzaam op de afdeling Sales en houd je je bezig met het begeleiden van de behoeften van de klant in de breedste zin van het woord. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om mee te draaien bij een sterke A-merk organisatie met nationale en internationale merken als Verkade, Sultana en McVitie's. De nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen zoals Marketing en Trade Marketing en het externe contact met klanten als Ahold Delhaize, Jumbo of Plus biedt vanzelfsprekend brede oriëntatie mogelijkheden.
De meewerkstage bestaat uit het ondersteunen van de National Account Managers op het gebied van:
- Product introductie presentaties
- Promotieanalyses
- Accountplannen
- Categoryplannen
- Schapanalyses
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Ondersteunen in dagelijkse operatie, waaronder:
- Begeleiden van klant specifieke projecten waaronder promoties en andere kanaal gerichte activatieprogramma's;
- Ondersteunen van de Account Managers in het verzamelen en analyseren van informatie m.b.t. prijzen en promoties;
- Afhandelen van ad-hoc klantverzoeken m.b.t aanleveren o.a. productinformatie;
- Maken van periodieke rapportages op klant
- en marktniveau;
- Ondersteunen van seizoensgebonden projecten (zoals chocoladeletters, kerst, pasen);
- Ondersteunen bij productintroducties;
- Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire projectgroepen;
- Het pro-actief leveren van input voor accountplannen;
- Organiseren van interne kick-offs en events (zoals beurzen, leveranciersdagen etc.).
Wie ben jij
- Je bent een 3e of 4e jaars student(e) met een commerciële bachelor of master studie of net afgestudeerd, met de voorkeur voor een Sales of Marketing oriëntatie binnen jouw studie.
- Je hebt een duidelijke 'Can do' en 'Will do' mentaliteit. Medestudenten zouden je omschrijven als communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig.
- Je bent in staat draagvlak te creëren, zowel intern als extern. Je kan goed omgaan met klanten, bent accuraat en hebt financieel inzicht.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor mínimaal 5, bij voorkeur 6 maanden om mee te werken. De stage is vijf dagen per week in Zaandam met de mogelijkheid om flexibel en zelfstandig te werken aan een schoolopdracht (dit gaat niet om een afstudeeropdracht).

Je wordt onderdeel van een enthousiast team en staat in direct contact met verschillende interne afdelingen als Marketing en Trade Marketing. Daarnaast krijg je snel veel verantwoordelijkheden op de afdeling en zal je een divers takenpakket krijgen, waarbij gefocust wordt op jouw ontwikkeling. We bieden een stagevergoeding van €475;
- per maand op fulltime basis.
