Onze client is een specialist in het opknappen en recyclen van IT-apparatuur om hun levensduur maximaal te verlengen. Zij is een betrouwbare all-in-one aanspreekpunt voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van de gehele cyclus van het IT bestand.

Functie

Als QHSE Specialist draag je bij aan het creëren van een positieve en ondersteunende werkomgeving door middel van jouw empathie en samenwerkingsvaardigheden. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van beleid, processen en werkinstructies op het gebied van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu.

- Het opzetten van een kwaliteitsafdeling en het creëren van draagvlak onder medewerkers voor het beleid.

- Het analyseren van data om nieuwe plannen te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren voor continue verbetering.

- Het opstellen van KPI's en het monitoren van de prestaties in een dashboard.

- Contractmanagement op gebieden zoals energie, transport en verpakkingsmateriaal.

Profiel

De QHSE Specialist is een veranderaar die in staat is om in kaart te brengen wat de huidige situatie is en hoe we het morgen beter kunnen doen. Daarnaast;

- Een empathische en samenwerkingsgerichte omvormer die de huidige situatie kan analyseren en verbeteringen kan identificeren.

- Je beheerst projectmanagement methodieken en bent bekent met de Lean methodieken.

- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

- Je bent flexibel en werkt regelmatig op verschillende locaties

- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
