Electrical Production Supervisor – Naval

What are you going to do ?

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for managing an entire production team including electricians and commissioners. As a coaching leader, you will ensure the proper organisation of activities to achieve timely project delivery within budget.

What you will do: You will consult with your team and project leader as well as with the client; You determine the activities on the basis of drawings and project planning; You will prepare progress reports; You manage the team, you motivate, you train.

Who are you ?

As Production Supervisor, together with the Project Manager you are ultimately responsible for the total Electrical installation on board various ships within the Dutch Navy fleet. You take responsibility, are a good planner and organiser and set the right priorities.

In addition : You have a completed MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, preferably with additional technical and managerial training; You have a number of years' experience as a leading mechanic and preferably a number of years' work experience in a maritime work environment; You are a coaching manager, you can motivate and educate, this allows you to achieve the best results with your team; You are customer-oriented and focus on quality.
