Dit volcontinu producerende productiebedrijf is een van de meest vooruitstrevende bedrijven in de Chemie van Nederland. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk van de productie van halffabricaten voor verschillende industrieën zoals verpakkingen en verpakkingsmaterialen. Ter uitbreiding van het team zijn ze op zoek naar een Manufacturing Engineer.

Met een eigen Experience Center en R&D wordt er continu gewerkt aan verbetering en innovatie. Door de jarenlange kennis en ervaring van de medewerkers van dit bedrijf wordt er efficiënt geproduceerd met een eindproduct van de hoogste kwaliteit. Functie-inhoud:
  • het ontwerpen van procesinstallaties en utilities of delen hiervan
  • het opzetten P&ID's en itemlijsten
  • als Manufacturing Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van constructietekeningen
  • het maken van constructieve berekeningen, zoals sterkte en uitzetting
  • het maken van Isometriën
  • als Manufacturing Engineer maak je 3D-tekeningen de (proces) installaties
  • modificaties uitwerken vanaf het voorstel tot aan de begroting
  • een selectie maken in materialen & componenten en aanvragen
Functie-eisen:
  • een afgeronde HTS- of TU-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica , Luchtvaart- en Ruimtevaarttechniek, Autotechniek, Scheepswerktuigbouwkunde opleiding of aanverwant
  • je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Manufacturing Engineer
  • je hebt kennis van hydrauliek en pneumatiek, aandrijvingen en besturingstechniek
  • je kan engineeren met Inventor, Solidworks of een soortgelijk programma
  • je bent een teamplayer, stressbestendig en je hebt een proactieve werkhouding
  • je bent creatief in het oplossen van problemen met een sterk gevoel voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • je werkt als Manufacturing Engineer klantgericht
  • Je hebt een volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engelse taalvaardigheid is gewenst.
Wij bieden:
  • een basissalaris tussen de €3.225 en €4.925 bruto per maand
  • naast een prima basissalaris heb je in deze functie aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen
  • reiskostenvergoeding op basis van €0,21 per kilometer
