Your main focus will be on key roles in the Netherlands, although you'll also get the opportunity to work on positions across EMEA and occasionally globally.

Your key responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to grasp their talent needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions up to VP-level, involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
  • Identify and recruit for specialized roles within the organization, implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents.
  • Cultivate and sustain talent pools, using creative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talents for current and future opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external talent sources to maintain a healthy pool of qualified candidates.
  • Design and drive regional/global employer branding initiatives to boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice, collaborating with a recruitment marketer.

You should have

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar end-to-end recruitment role.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and recruiting niche or senior talent.
  • Proficiency in English, with preference for fluency in Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills across different levels of the organization.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on results.
  • Genuine interest in people, new roles, and innovative work methods.
  • Can-do attitude, embracing fast adaptation and learning from failures.
