Bedrijfsomschrijving:

Maak deel uit van dit innovatieve start-up bedrijf in Leiden, gespecialiseerd in de voedsel- en drankindustrie. Als Automation Engineer speel je een essentiële rol bij het automatiseren van productieprocessen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt geavanceerde automatiseringsoplossingen om de efficiëntie en productiviteit van voedselverwerkings- en verpakkingslijnen te verhogen.

Je werkt samen met een team van gepassioneerde professionals aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van besturingssystemen die bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van productieprocessen. Deze functie biedt een unieke kans om mee te groeien met een innovatief bedrijf in een snel evoluerende branche.

Functie-inhoud:
  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van automatiseringssystemen voor auto-onderdelen productie en voertuigassemblage om productiviteit en kwaliteit te verhogen;
  • Implementeren van Robotica- en vision systemen ter ondersteuning van geavanceerde productieprocessen;
  • Analyseren van productieprocessen om knelpunten te identificeren en op te lossen via automatisering;
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudsteams om onderhoudsplannen te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren voor automatiseringsapparatuur;
  • Trainen van personeel in het gebruik van nieuwe technologieën en systemen.
Functie-eisen:
  • Bachelor of Master in Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar technisch veld;
  • Ervaring met SCADA-systemen, real-time data-acquisitie en -beheer;
  • Kennis van netwerkprotocollen en communicatietechnologieën;
  • Vaardigheden in systeemintegratie en omgaan met complexe technische uitdagingen;
  • Proactieve houding en bereidheid om continu nieuwe technologieën en methoden te leren;
  • Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden en oog voor detail;
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, Engels is een plus.
