Job Title: Project Lead at Colliers

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central link between the client and the disciplines within Occupier Services (OS)
  • Oversee the entire process from strategy to the final product
  • Contribute to achieving team results on projects
  • Ensure milestones are met within integrated Occupier Services projects
  • Foster trust and pleasant collaboration among involved parties, both internally and externally
  • Supervise planning, (quality of) results, and budget based on integrated collaboration of OS disciplines
  • Facilitate broad and optimal collaboration among various specialized parties
  • Ensure optimal cooperation with Business Development for a seamless process
  • Identify and report early on any risks of not achieving project objectives
  • Contribute to the development of project control plans
  • Strive for a uniform approach where standard deliverables ensure the quality of the final product
  • Responsible for the integrated commercial process with customers having an existing invoicing relationship

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have relevant work experience in process management
  • You have a minimum of two to four years' experience in a similar role
  • You have a degree at HBO level in related field
  • Strong knowledge of project and process management (quality control, budget, planning)
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills in Dutch and English
