Description
The department strategy is to drive for industrialization design & Integral solutions for availability, cycle time, sequence (automation) and upgrades in the D&E programs.As an Industrialization engineer, you will be responsible for:
·Design, verify and validate manufacturing, service or upgrade deliverables for various ASML EUV and DUV Systems. Making the link between system functions and configuration requirements.·Manage different stakeholders within D&E and Operations, critically review and challenge received content, and provide tailored industrialization deliverables that enables an effective and efficient execution of the work in the factory and in the field.·Ensuring issue follow-up is done in alignment with industrialization Architects and people responsible for Functional designs, drive feedback loops and lesson learned implementation.·Pro-actively define opportunities to improve cycle time and availability, reduce risks and costs.Education
Technical Bachelor of Science or Master of Science (e.g. Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering).
Experience
·Experience in or affinity with the machine industry·Experiences in semiconductor equipment development (strong plus)·Experience in production environment with high tech products and complex production processes is preferred ·High proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel)·Personal skills
•Organization, flexibility and capability to communicate on all levels
•Able to manage a wide variety of stakeholders and to influence without power
•Team player who can also act independently with high degree of autonomy

The Development & Engineering System Industrialization department has a healthy balance of male and female colleagues and more than 10 nationalities, we are an enthusiastic and very diverse department. You will be working in a technical environment, but we value a good atmosphere and have the care and attention to people.
We act as the interface between the development teams on one side and Customer support and Factory on the other side.
Context of the position
Within ASML the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification and the design of the ASML products. The department Performance and Integration (P&I) is part of D&E and responsible for the integration of modules into a proto system and proves that the system can meet the specifications. Within P&I, the System Industrialization department has the mission to accelerate the time to mature in the manufacturing, servicing and upgrade deliverables. Driving the the operational excellence (efficient and effective) by the delivery of the industrialization products and processes from D&E to Operations in line with their cost targets
In this position you will report functionally to a Group Leader within the P&I System Industrialization department and, content wise, to the Project Leader(s) of the same group.
