Job Title: Junior Servicedesk Employee / Citizenship Application Manager

About the Job:

  • You will be working in our VIB team (Permits, Information Provision, and Management) as a proactive and highly service-oriented team assistant for 32 hours per week. This is a temporary position for at least 3 years.

Team VIB:

The VIB team consists of 13 employees and focuses on the management and quality of the personal records database (BRP), as well as information provision and related functional information and application management.


Responsibilities:

  • Registering all inquiries, requests, and issues received via email, chat, and phone in the Topdesk registration system.
  • Proactively liaising with customers and keeping them informed about the status of their requests that have been forwarded to our ICT department or one of our suppliers.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and providing suitable solutions in collaboration with application managers. Maintaining documentation is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Performing daily maintenance tasks, including checking daily batches and processing operational reports.

Your Skills:

We are looking for a proactive colleague with an open, flexible, and spontaneous attitude, who is not easily stressed and has a problem-solving mindset. You should have a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills through phone, chat, and email, and be empathetic, patient, and friendly. Affinity and/or education in ICT is a significant advantage.


Offerings:

  • The position is classified in pay scale 7, with a monthly salary ranging from a minimum of € to a maximum of € gross based on a 36-hour workweek.
  • Great secondary employment conditions, including an Individual Choice Budget (IKB), flexible working arrangements, excellent home office facilities, a commemorative budget if you complete five years with the company, and a travel allowance.
