Key responsibilities:- Oversee full P&L responsibilities for the SaaS business unit, closely working with the Board.
- Establish standard reporting processes and manage KPIs to guide the SaaS unit's direction.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional user experience, championing a customer-first mindset.
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
