As the sole Permanent Control Officer in the Netherlands, your primary role is to oversee business delivery and conduct controls on delivered processes.
Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring the work of the various teams, ensuring adherence to established standards.Effective communication skills are vital as you will be the main point of contact in the Netherlands, requiring frequent communication with peers in your team based in Paris.
Monitor, control and assess the activities of the various teams in the CPC, with a strong focus on risk identification and evaluation.
- As the exclusive Permanent Control Officer in the Netherlands, prioritize effective communication with the Paris-based team to enhance collaboration in process control and risk evaluation.
- Provide compelling evidence, pose incisive inquiries, and collaborate with the business teams to comprehensively identify and mitigate risks.
- Make substantial contributions to annual control planning, and process improvement initiatives, with a dedicated emphasis on evaluating and managing risks.
- Play a pivotal role in aligning teams on incidents and quality of service reports, ensuring a unified approach to risk assessment and control. Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
- Being able to make informed decisions, to prioritize and act/escalate quickly in urgent cases.
- Ability to work independent but also be a team player.
- Self-starter with an analytical mind, solution oriented, accurate, organized work approach and you are sensitive to organizational dynamics.
- Ability to work independent but also be a team player as you are part of a small team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in and English, knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
- Directly and indirectly, we help manage the assets in more than 70 markets worldwide.
