Opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel is right in the center of Amsterdam.

The building itself is a highlight too, with beautiful architecture, and 268 bedrooms spread across over 19 buildings from the 17th-century houses.

Our five-star hotel has all possible facilities under one roof. A real showpiece is our fine dining restaurant, Vermeer.

It's one of 2 places you can dine, plus there's our exquisite Bottles & Jars Bar in addition to various meeting and event facilities such as the monumental 15th-century chapel Olofskapel.

You are the person we are looking for

What are you going to do?
As an Intern Food & Beverage you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments.

You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests and you will maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office.

Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
