In order to help and support business to reinforce market share of BNPP REAL ESTATE NETHERLANDS we are looking for a:
Head of Business Marketing & Communications - Permanent contract Business Marketing & Communications team

Starting as soon as possible Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands


Directly reporting to the CEO and COO, you will be in charge of defining and implementing the marketing strategy of BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands aligned with the business objectives.

Working closely with the country board, in coordination with the Head of International Business Marketing & Communications, you will be able to propose a marketing vision and roadmap by advising, challenging board members and promoting new strategic projects.

Having a 360 degree approach, you will build and oversee the marketing communications plan in ways that promote our company's brand consistency and client centric strategy across every key channels.


You will benefit from the technical support and guidelines of the HQ teams based in Paris (digital, communication, and marketing) and will make an effective use of all available materials and tools (CRM, collaborative tools, intranet platforms, social media ).

You will also be involved in the international community through several seminars and conference calls and you will provide feed backs on your marketing plans to the HQ department in charge of the international coordination.


Missions:

Therefore, your main missions will be to:

  • Define the marketing & communication strategy and associated plans
  • Identify the business lines positioning, differentiators, value added vs. competitors, service offerings
  • Analyze the market and keep a permanent watch on competitors' activities, innovations, best practices
  • Define a strategy for each communication channel : PR, Event, internal communication, conferences, social media, digital
  • Structure the action plan, build the adequate budget and measure the performance of the actions
  • Structure and formalise customers knowledge
  • Define priority segments of customers
  • Identify customers' needs and experience
  • Set up a qualified and uptodate customers data base for marketing actions
  • Provide marketing tools to the sales teams
  • Provide support for strategic pitches by helping to define an efficient process, structuring the information and providing pitch templates
  • Cross sell with national and international best practices
  • Ensure marketing best practices are applied across the business by giving advice and guidelines
  • Manage the lead generation strategy
  • Optimise lead generation channels, in particular digital channel
  • Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns with the HQ support
  • Follow up KPIs and ROI of each marketing actions
  • Develop content
  • Create business content by working closely with business experts
  • Adapt the brand and editorial content to the local market
  • Build a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
  • Ensure the adaptation of this content in order to spread it through all the different communication channels (web, print, PR, Event, internal media,)
  • Manage external agencies and/or freelancers to create marketing and communication tools: brochures, videos, digital tools
  • Implement digital actions
  • Identify digital marketing opportunities with the business
  • Set up the possible digital platforms or tools with the HQ support and approval
  • Measure and report on performance of digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Provide training and support on digital platforms or tools to the sales teams
  • Manage external agencies and/or freelancers
Qualifications and experience

  • Master's degree from a toptier Business School or Marketing / Communications Academic Background.
  • Multiple years of experience in the Real Estate/ Property Management is essential
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • 7+ years minimum proven experience working in marketing, whether B2B or B2C
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO and PPC
  • An experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Affinity with real estate is a plus
