We are searching for an assembly team member to join this wonderful organization located in Tilburg. In this role, you will be in charge of manual assembly and the creation of various packaging solutions, including heavy-duty and industrial packaging.



About the Job and the Company

As an assembly employee, your tasks will include folding, sticking, cutting, and inspecting cardboard materials. Continuous improvement is highly valued within the company, and your dedication to this principle is crucial. Your tech-savviness enables you to complete your tasks accurately and promptly. Rest assured, your team members will provide you with the necessary support. The role involves working in two shifts:

  • Morning Shift: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00
  • Evening Shift: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:15


Requirements for the Role
  • Prior experience in a production environment is preferred
  • Availability for full-time work in two shifts
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Residence in the vicinity of Tilburg
  • Precision in tasks and readiness for physical work


Salary Package and Perks
  • Competitive salary of €2595,- gross per month, excluding shift allowance
  • Additional 15% shift allowance across all shifts
  • Full-time position in two shifts with guaranteed hours
  • Travel compensation for distances over 8 km
  • Potential for a permanent contract
  • 13th-month salary bonus
  • Extra annual payment of 3% in November
