  • Oversee and manage asset-based contractswith customers in district heating, chemical, petroleum-chemical,food and beverage, and paper and pulp industries, ensuringfavorable terms and conditions for thecompany.
  • Collaborate with internal teams(sales, operations, legal) to develop tailored contract proposalsand solutions, while monitoring contract performance andcompliance.
  • Act as the primary customercontact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing support,and driving contract renewals and upsell opportunities to maximizerevenue and profitability.
  • Analyze markettrends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities,mitigate risks, and maintain accurate contract records forcompliance with internal policies.
  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, suppliers, and internal teams, staying informed aboutindustry regulations, legislation, and best practices to ensurecompliance.
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degreepreferred).
  • Proven experience in contractmanagement, preferably in the energy or relatedindustry.
  • Strong understanding of contract lawand negotiation principles.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
