BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Purmerend.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate should also have:
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
