The Role

As Senior Planning & Control Professional, you are responsible for ensuring effective financial planning and control within the organization. You play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing financial processes. You work closely with various stakeholders and report directly to the management team. In this key position, you contribute to the financial health of the organization and assist in achieving the set goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and monitoring the financial planning and control cycle.
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Advising management based on financial analyses.
• Coordinating budgets and forecasts.
• Identifying risks and opportunities in the financial field.
• Contributing to the optimization of financial processes.

What knowledge and skills are we looking for in a candidate?

• HBO or Academic level of education, preferably in a financial field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the housing association sector.
• Extensive knowledge of financial planning and control processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt at different levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

From an employment with BMC, you will be seconded to our clients, mainly housing associations. Very diverse work so We offer a great package of employment conditions. What do these conditions include?

• Individual Choice Budget (IKB). Monthly accrual of 11.04% of the monthly salary, including 8% holiday pay;
