As a Warehouse Team leader it's all about:

  • Working together with the operations department and the client
to ensure the order requirements are met to the highest standard;

  • Managing the workload of the warehouse personnel to ensure
that orders are dispatched on time and according to the client ́s requirements;

  • Training new warehouse operators to ensure a quick adaptation and reduction of the learning curve;
  • Overseeing a healthy and safe working environment and reporting any issues to the relevant department;
  • Assisting in the development of new systems to help with overall efficiency and stock monitoring.

Waar ga je werken?
Logista transports convenience products, tobacco products, pharmaceutical products, books and lottery tickets to some 200,000 outlets, among others. They already do this in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, and now also in the Netherlands


You will work from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 in the warehouse of Logista's client, Philip Morris in Bergen op Zoom, where they take care of all logistics in-house.

In November Logista will switch to a 2-shift schedule.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Experience with stock control, order allocation, inventory management
  • 2-3 years' experience as a mid-size people) Team leader;
  • Strong communicative, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Familiarity with SAP and with WMS softwares is a plus;
  • A completed vocational education (technical) is a plus;
  • You are available fulltime, flexible and open to learn;
  • You speak English, and Dutch is a plus.

  • A gross hourly wage of €16,64;
  • Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer (from 10KM);
  • 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment);
  • 8.33% vacation pay;
