What you'll do:
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Silverflow team
You'll have the opportunity to be a part of our Product and Card Scheme team, based in Amsterdam, where you'll grow your analytical and technological skills, working alongside our product managers and engineers by:
- Overseeing business operations and monitoring business wide performance of our platform;
- Optimizing our authorization process by analyzing key metrics of the payment process so we can provide data to our clients, internal teams and partners;
- Collaborating across teams to write and maintain accurate documentation both internally and externally;
- Assisting in quality assurance testing of the new and existing platform features;
- Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for authorization optimization, data integrity issues, and cost efficiencies;
- Staying uptodate with card network bulletins and rules to ensure that our processes and systems comply with all requirements;
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and outcomes for reference and audit purposes;
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy of our transaction cost estimates; and
- Providing support to internal teams and clients on transaction cost estimation and reconciliation processes to help win business and improve client relationships.
Who you are:
You are an enthusiastic and driven individual who has:
yrs of working experience within a technology-based environment.
- A University degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Econometrics, Computer Science or any other technical degree.
- Interest in information technologies and creating new solutions.
- Comfortable with handling large amounts of data.
- Strong communication skills and aptitude when interacting with software engineers and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- An analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
- A 'getting things done' attitude with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
