Bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek. Al deze disciplines zijn vertegenwoordigd op jouw afdeling. Samen verzorg je van A tot Z de integrale nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten met een waarde van zo'n één tot tien miljoen euro. Denk aan de renovatie of nieuwbouw binnen de (kantoren)complexen van ASML. Vaak zijn er meerdere projecten in uitvoering en in voorbereiding. Als manager zorg je dat de projectteams optimaal zijn toegerust om de projecten te realiseren. En bouw je mee aan de ontwikkeling van Heijmans bij ASML.

Dit ga je doen:

Bouwen aan de ontwikkeling en samenwerking van de hele integrale projectenafdeling bij ASML, met oog op veiligheid, klantgerichtheid, de kwalitatieve bezetting en slimme werkprocessen, om zo de groeidoelstellingen voor de komende jaren te kunnen realiseren. Opbouwen en uitbouwen van relaties binnen ASML, om zo een continue stroom aan projecten te realiseren. De verschillende collega's in je team – die qua achtergrond, kennis en ervaring allemaal even uniek zijn – coachen in hun ontwikkeling met de nodige ruimte om te kunnen groeien. Parallel bouw je de bestaande afdeling verder uit om de beoogde groei te kunnen waarborgen. Vanuit je regievoering sturen op budget, kwaliteit en de focus op de veiligheid van je werknemers, klanten en stakeholders op uitvoeringslocaties. De voortgang van de projecten monitoren en bespreken met zowel de opdrachtgever(s) als de directie van Heijmans. Werken aan je eigen groeipad door de uitdagingen aan te gaan en gebruik te maken van de opleidingsmogelijkheden in de Heijmans Academy en de ervaring van de regiomanager.

Samen zijn we één

Bij Heijmans vestiging ASML werk je samen met ongeveer 80 collega's aan de meest uitdagende service-, onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten in de campus van ASML. Hiervan werkt ongeveer 10 procent op de afdeling projecten, net als jij. De komende jaren willen we met de projecten afdeling een flinke groei doormaken, waarbij jij de touwtjes in handen hebt. De sfeer heb je grotendeels zelf in de hand. Jij zorgt dat het één team is waarin het prettig samenwerken is.

Je vindt het leuk om te communiceren met uiteenlopende mensen op verschillende niveaus; van een techneut tot een directielid. Relaties bouwen en onderhouden geeft jouw energie. Net zoals je je collega's kunt enthousiasmeren en coachen in hun ontwikkeling. Ook kun je snel schakelen tussen projecten die allemaal in een ander fase zitten. Als echte verbinder laat je de juiste mensen aansluiten op het juiste moment. En je staat stevig in je schoenen. Verder heb je:

Minimaal hbo-niveau op het gebied van bouwkunde of werktuigbouwkunde . Ervaring als projectdirecteur/projectmanager van bouwprojecten of als verantwoordelijke voor de uitvoeringsafdeling bij een aannemer of installateur. Een bewezen trackrecord in de utiliteitsbouw of facilitaire dienstverlening. Ruime ervaring met het leidinggegeven aan teams. Een netwerk in de bouw en vastgoedwereld. Ruime ervaring met financiële rapportages. Het vermogen om op de juiste manier sturing te geven, mensen mee te krijgen en resultaten te boeken.
