You have a positive, professional, and proactive approach to team collaboration and task management.

You're driven by collecting, analyzing, and categorizing information to improve the product's ontology by properly conceptualizing our corporate users' requests and needs.


We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Architect who excels in organizing and structuring information to be used in our product.

Your primary role will be to enhance our resource ontology by effectively conceptualizing and categorizing data based on our corporate users' requests and needs. You will report to and work closely with the Ontology team.

You will:

  • Support the maintenance and continuous update of the Datamaran's ontology, doing a gap analysis and research of business-related ESG issues to achieve user-centric sustainable content
  • Manual annotation of texts
  • Research and mapping of relevant frameworks and standards
  • Track industry trends, emerging issues, and relevant events to identify and propose ontology additions and modifications.
  • Develop and maintain the information architecture for our digital products, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility.
  • Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the structure and flow of information.
  • Support other teams and clients with content-related questions and requests when using the company's product.
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand and address user needs and behaviors.
Track and connect users' requests to identify development opportunities from a content perspective

Requirements

You have:

  • Proven experience in information architecture, user research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to categorize and organize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with ontology development and natural language processing (NLP)
  • Strong grasp of the English language impeccable grammar and spelling are imperative
  • Understanding of business needs in relation to information extraction
  • Ability to multitask and deliver according to deadlines set
  • A self-learner attitude with a positive and professional approach to team collaboration and management
  • Outstanding attention to detail

This role is offered on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. After the first year, employment will transition to an indefinite contract
