Solarge, an emerging producer of polymer-based solar panels, is looking for an R&D Assistant to strengthen their research and development team.

You will join a team of 6 people where you will support and analyze improvements taking place in the laboratory.

Conducting regular analyses and quality controls for the solar panels and communicating these results to the team;
Weekly measuring of standard solar panels to ensure equipment stability, and administratively processing these results.
You will be actively involved with the solar panels to further investigate and realize improvements. To ensure this process runs smoothly, it's important that you can process this data in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Data processing will account for approximately 25% of your workday, while the rest of the time you will be operational.

Additionally, attention to detail is crucial, as customers and colleagues need to trust your analyses and conclusions.

This is a full-time position, part-time 32 hours is negotiable, Monday is a mandatory working day because that is the start of the week.

You will start with a fixed-term contract;
You have an MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background;
You are eager to learn and would like to understand the lab equipment and solar panels.
