Responsibilities:
- Deboning various types of meat following established procedures and quality standards
- Removing bones, cartilage, and other undesired elements from the meat
- Inspecting meat quality to ensure adherence to specifications
- Keeping the work area and tools clean and well-maintained
- Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a deboner in meat processing
- Thorough understanding of cutting techniques and meat deboning
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to engage in physically demanding tasks and use sharp tools
- Adaptable and open to working different shifts
