De functie

De Quality Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van projecten om de kwaliteit van processen en producten

continu te verbeteren. Je werkt als projectleider en interne consultant nauw samen met de unitmanagers om

proces en kwaliteitsverbeteringen door te voeren. Daarnaast sta je als verantwoordelijke van het kwaliteitssysteem

in nauw contact met de klant betreffende kwaliteitsissues. Je bent de rechterhand van de kwaliteitsmanagers en je

bent op termijn (3/4 jaar pensioen) diens beoogde opvolger

Je primaire verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerp-en proces-risicoanalyses maken en onderhouden (bijvoorbeeld FMEA's).
  • Identificeren van kwaliteitsgerelateerde trends en systemen ontwikkelen om deze trends proactief te detecteren en hierop in te spelen.
  • Leiden van de implementatie van standaard kwaliteitssystemen/-processen voor de detectie, controle en herstel van de productiekwaliteit.
  • Initiëren van kapitaalinvesteringsverzoeken om de product en proceskwaliteit te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met klanten bij het oplossen van kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Je bent hierover veelvuldig met ze in overleg.
  • Het coachen van de medewerkers op de afdeling kwaliteit op het gebied van probleemoplossing analyse van de oorzaken statistische kwaliteitscontrole en het schrijven van werkinstructies.
Functie eisen

We zijn voor deze functie op zoek naar een getalenteerde kwaliteitsprofessional die graag een volgende stap wil

maken in zijn vakgebied en de ambitie heeft op termijn een kwaliteitsafdeling binnen de Healthcare te gaan leiden.

Veder beschik je over de volgende professionele bagage.

  • Minimaal een afgeronde Bachelor Opleiding op het gebied van techniek, statistiek, wiskunde of een aanverwant vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een functie als Quality Engineer, bij voorkeur in de Healthcare-, Automotive- of de Semicon industrie.
  • Een achtergrond in Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • Stevige software-ervaring, waaronder ERP, Statistica, Minitab of een vergelijkbaar hulpmiddel voor statistische analyse.
  • Ervaring met Statistische Proces Analyse (SPC) en Ontwerp van Experimenten (DOE).
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van kwaliteitssystemen/processen binnen bestaande bedrijfseenheden.
