Functie-overzicht

De Business Development Representative rapporteert aan de Sales Team Manager en legt de eerste contacten met onze potentiële klanten om hen kennis te laten maken met onze missie, diensten en producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en kwalificeren van de sales mogelijkheden voor het Account Executive-team van Alvéole. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Met hulp van de bestaande prospectiestrategieën vind jij depotentiële klanten en benaderenjij hen via meerdere kanalen (e-mail, sociale media en telefoon). Jij legt contact met potentiële klanten om hun behoeften, wensen en uitdagingen te identificeren. Jij identificeert of de potentiele klant geschikt is voor en interesse heeft in onze natuurgebaseerde duurzaamheidsoplossingen, waaronder onze turn-key bijenservice op locatie, leefomgeving voor inheemse bijen, duurzaamheidsgerelateerde gegevensverzameling en rapportage, en bestuivingstuinen op locatie. Identificeer gekwalificeerde potentiele klanten en plan kennismaking met de Account Executive collega; identificeer de kansentot samenwerking en zorg voor succesvolle vervolg stappen. Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, the Sales Development Representative will create the first link with our potential clients to introduce them to our mission, services, and products. You would be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Alvéole's Account Executive team. Above all, you have the opportunity to share your passion and interest with as many prospects as possible in Alvéole's purpose: connecting people to nature, through exceptional nature-based experiences. Roles and responsibilities Use prospecting strategies to identify and lead initial outreach to prospective clients using a multi-channel (email, social media and phone calls) approach. Connect with prospective clients to identify their needs and challenges. Determine the prospect's fit with and interest in nature-based solutions, including on-site turnkey beekeeping, native bee pollinator habitats, sustainability-related data collection and reporting, and on-site turnkey pollinator gardens. Identify qualified prospects and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executive colleagues; observe and take notes in order to highlight opportunities and next steps. Independently manage and maintain a minimum volume of outreach activities per week, prioritizing qualified sales opportunities, in order to achieve or surpass individual weekly/monthly/quarterly targets; earn benefits such as monthly overachievement bonuses and salary increases associated with performance-based milestone achievements. Keep up to date on industry trends and partner with colleagues in sales, operations, growth, and other departments to generate growth opportunities and evolve sales strategies.
