As a Legal Front Desk Officer, you should have prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or legal support. Being sociable, able to handle pressure well, and proactive are key qualities for this role.
Requirements:
- Completed MBO 3 education
- Available starting from August 1st or September 1st
In the afternoon, a stream of people with various questions will come in. Your role will be to assist each individual efficiently and ensure all their inquiries are addressed.
You will be working as a Legal Front Desk Officer for the Tax Office. It is one of the largest governmental organizations, where our employees have expressed great satisfaction with their workplace. Your tasks may involve working at a mobile service point in a residential area, a town hall, or directly at the Tax Office.
