Valeos VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world

With more than , employees and a turnover of 16.4 billion, we are proud to have been the market leader in automotive suppliers for a century. The site of Helmond in Netherlands is focused on Valeo Service. Our department is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

  • You will do identifying, assessing, and managing product non-conformities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • You will ensure customer securisation and satisfaction by challenging, following up on, and auditing supplier results
  • You will be the interface between our subregion operational quality / warranty teams and our suppliers all over the world
  • You will follow up of the Supplier Chargeback
  • You will play an integral role in reporting activities within our subregion, ensuring alignment with quality and deadline targets set by both the branch and the broader group.
  • You will do supporting & developing Division Business Management Systems (e.g. ISO) for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • You will act as driver for continuous improvement in our processes and our different departments
  • You will act regulary as internal auditor in the sub region, to ensure continuous improvement

Lets talk about you

  • You are graduated from a Engineering degree in Quality
  • Ideally worked already in a Quality environment in a production plant
  • You have (first) knowledges about ISO certifications and audits in general
  • Ideally, you have first experiences with standard quality tools like PDCA-FTA, FMEA, 5Why etc
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required
  • You have a fluent level of English
  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
