Role Overview: As Supervisor Stock Control, you will spearhead our Operational Stock Control Team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in stock management processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our stock control procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring the Operational Stock Control Team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Overseeing stock counts and discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize warehouse capacity and operational efficiency.
• Championing process improvements and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall performance.
• Acting as a liaison between the Stock Control Team and Customer Service, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality standards and compliance.

Wat kun jij?

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving results and fostering team growth.
