The Opportunity

Are you a budding marketing communication specialist, passionate about creating marketing content and seeking an internship to unleash your creativity and skills? Do you also have a keen interest in recruitment marketing and are motivated to build strong teams with your exceptional communication abilities?

The internship within the marketing team at Youwe presents a chance to join a rapidly growing digital agency and contribute to our marketing strategies to foster both your personal development and the company's growth.

You will actively participate in marketing initiatives to showcase the company and collaborate closely with departments such as HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Design.


You will play a key role in crafting compelling content for various platforms to tell the story of Youwe.

We are talking about a diverse range of tasks, from enhancing landing pages, writing blogs, managing social media posts, to executing marketing campaigns.

We value initiative and welcome your creative input - if you have innovative ideas for employer branding or wish to spearhead your projects, we will provide full support.

What You Bring

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • You are available for an internship starting September 2024 (for 5-6 months) with 36-40 hours per week
  • Exceptional writing skills that you are excited to apply in creating website content and blog articles
  • Experience in social media management, from crafting engaging posts to scheduling and analyzing their performance
  • A strong inclination towards enhancing internal communication, including working on internal newsletters and proposing improvements
  • Proficiency in organizing small-scale events, such as meetups and sponsored external events support
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for visual content creation, assisting in developing visual elements for marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
