Lely is highly recognized for its innovative products. As we continue to excel in bringing new products to the market, the need for a more professional sales process becomes crucial. To support our local Lely Centers in this endeavor, we are introducing a new Configure Price Quote application (CPQ). This application will enhance the efficiency of sales processes from the Lely Centers, leading to increased customer satisfaction and improved staff morale. As part of the larger Compass program, we are rolling out not only the CPQ application but also a new Service and Finance application to our Lely Centers worldwide.

As the Product Owner - Configure Price Quote, you will play a key role in managing and further implementing the CPQ solution, contributing to high adoption rates of this new way of working in the field. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the success of our global sales from our headquarters. This position falls under the Sales Management team within our Sales & Services Development competence center.

As a Product Owner, you will be pivotal in realizing the roadmap for the CPQ application.

This involves:

  • Developing and communicating the product objectives and roadmap.
  • Collaborating on the Lely Ways of Working for sales and building suitable tools.
  • Setting development priorities based on business needs, system capabilities, and technical team input, and effectively communicating decisions to stakeholders.
  • Managing the product backlog and overseeing development sprints (using the agile method).
  • Acting as the face of the CPQ solution to the Lely Clusters (country organizations) and Lely Centers (sales and service points).
  • Ensuring we have a cutting-edge, future-proof solution that incorporates best practices.

Your main priorities at the outset include:

  • Developing, supporting, and monitoring the "train the trainer" program for Super Users at the Lely Clusters and users at local Lely Centers.
  • Supporting the rollout to Lely Clusters and Lely Centers in collaboration with the business teams.
  • Defining and prioritizing user stories from the business to enhance acceptance of the new application.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of the CPQ solution with the Service and Finance solutions within the Compass program.
