Als digital manager data & AI stimuleer jij innovatie en ben jij continu op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in artificial intelligence en verwante technologieën. Je stimuleert ook de groei van het gebruik van AI binnen de werkmaatschappijen van Dura Vermeer Infra en je helpt daarmee onze strategische doelen te realiseren. Je vindt het leuk om de uitdagingen van de interne klant te kunnen gaan vertalen in concrete oplossingen door middel van het inzetten van data en AI. Je streeft naar producten en diensten die klanten verblijden, efficiëntie creëren voor medewerkers en voorspelbaarheid stimuleren. Daarvoor ga je in de schoenen van de gebruikers staan. Kijk je hoe AI hun leven of hun werk makkelijker kan maken en inspireer je met out of the box oplossingen.
We vinden het belangrijk om lokale innovatie te stimuleren. Je achterhaalt de kern van de uitdaging en met jouw kennis van Data & AI begeleid je de weg naar de beste oplossing. Samen met onze AI development partners bedenk je het plan van aanpak en zorg je dat de oplossing wordt gerealiseerd.
Daarnaast stippel jij de optimale koers uit voor het domein Data & AI en bepaal je waar we naartoe groeien. Verder bepaal jij wat er nodig is om de stip op de horizon te bereiken. Je plant en organiseert. En door de juiste mensen aan elkaar te koppelen, krijg je het ook echt voor elkaar. Zo lever jij als innovatie manager data & AI een cruciale bijdrage aan ons succes.
Een aantal projecten waar het team nu of binnenkort aan gaat werken zijn: een HR bot die vragen van medewerkers over CAO, verlof etc. kan beantwoorden, AI marktscan om inzicht te krijgen in tender trends, AI programma Efficiënte Verwerving om tenders te beoordelen ten aanzien van de leidraad of voorstellen te doen op basis van historische tenders en het gebruik van Computer Vision om vervuiling in binnenkomend puin bij onze recycling plant te herkennen.

- Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting Bedrijfseconomie, Artificial Intelligence, Accountancy, Data Science, Informatica, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde.
