Connecting your world

As an HSE Permit Coordinator, your main focus will be on flora and fauna activities. You will also play a supporting role in environmentally impactful activities and the general airport permitting process. Your ability to distinguish between main and side matters and establish connections is crucial for achieving results.

  • Evaluating project applications for earthmoving, demolition, or new/construction, based on the required ecological assessment.
  • Preparing necessary information for obtaining permits and overseeing the progress of permit applications.
  • Acting as a discussion partner for obtaining flora & fauna and environmental permits and supporting the applicant in their responsibilities.
  • Initiating a collaboration with the environmental service for an integrated assessment with a multi-year validity period.
  • Serving as a contact person for permitting agencies, specifically environmental service North Holland North and North Sea Canal area.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Ecology/Environmental Science.
  • Knowledge of Wnb/Wabo/Environmental Law.
  • Demonstrable experience in permit coordination, particularly in flora and fauna (legal/technical).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in permit management for large and complex infrastructure projects.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of project management.

  • Thirteenth-month pay.

  • Option to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour workweek.
