As a Program Manager in Professional Services, your role involves delivering programs, handling complex projects, and providing services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in meeting the clients' requirements and constraints, establishing yourself as one of their key contacts at OpenText.

• Owning Professional Services programs and projects in selected Key Accounts within Northern Europe, focusing on business development and upselling.
• Supporting account reviews, presenting project status internally and externally, and managing project reporting to various stakeholders.
• Ensuring overall project delivery governance, end-user satisfaction, team performance, scope management, and project plan management.
• Managing project costs, timelines, forecasting accurately, and identifying and converting business opportunities into customer and company value.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent, with over 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management or a related senior role.
• Demonstrate a strong presence, confidence, and professional maturity with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hold certifications in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Have a deep understanding of IT project engagements and financial aspects such as revenue and margin.
• Be adept at analyzing and resolving complex issues, managing conflicts, and possess significant experience in the enterprise software product industry.
